As a small business, we hope you understand that we need to protect our business so we will be asking for a £10 booking fee to secure your booking, you will pay the remainder in salon.
Should you cancel within less than 2 working days of your booking or no show on the day, your booking fee will not be refunded and we may charge the full 100%.
Please note we do not accept AMEX online or in-store!
Please be courteous to your Stylist and the Salons other guests.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment, you may be charged 100% off the appointment cost.
Hair Masters Design reserves the right to refuse services to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behaviour to any member of our staff.
It is against Hair Masters Design policy to perform services on clients with head lice due to health & safety.
If you have young children, work with children or are bringing your child for a hair cut it is your responsibility to make sure you or your child do not have head lice.
If you attend your appointment and we find headlice we MUST refuse service but we do charge due to booking our time out so please check this before your appointment.
