Parking Options:
• Morrisons Car Park: You can park for free for up to 3 hours in the Morrisons car park.
For large colour appointments, we recommend pre-booking using JUSTPARK app or the link below to secure a spot.
The cost is £6 for over 3 hours so we recommend booking the entire day.

• Salon Front Parking: We also have parking available directly outside the salon via Ringo for a maximum of 3 hours.
This is ideal for shorter appointments.
Please ensure you can complete your appointment within the allotted time, as you will not be able to move your car during your visit. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to contact us for advice.

Cancellation Policy
At Hair Masters Design, we strive to provide the best possible service to each of our valued clients. As a small business, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies to help us protect our operations:
• Booking & Holding Fee: To secure your appointment, we require a 25% holding fee, which will be deducted from your final bill. The remainder of your payment will be due in the salon, which can be made by cash or card.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling:
• For appointments over 2 hours, we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• For appointments under 2 hours, we request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Cancellations or reschedules made after the required notice period may result in a 100% charge of the booking fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive substantially late and we’re unable to complete your appointment within the scheduled time, we may need to charge you as a no-show.
• No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total bill.
• Contacting Us During Closed Hours: We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. If you need to reach us regarding your appointment during these times, please send an email or text message to the same number you received your confirmation from. Please note, we will be unable to answer phone calls during our closing hours.
• Payment Information: We do not accept AMEX either online or in the salon. We accept all other major cards and cash.
