The Salon
Hair Masters Design Woking opened December 2019, The Salon Is Located On Goldsworth Road In Woking, Just outside of the main centre.
We Are A L’Oreal Professional Hair Salon, Offering Quality Throughout All Services That We Provided With Expert Skills And Our Stylists Working Hard To Keep Up With The Latest Trends In Haircuts, Colour, Hair Care And Styling To Suit Your Requirements And Making Sure You Leave Feeling Amazing.

Directions & Parking
We are located by Morrisons petrol station on Goldsworth Road.
We have parking right outside the salon but it is ticket only so please bring the exact change (80p an hour) max 3 hours. You can get tickets at the machine by Kwik fit or Yamaha sell tickets also.
For longer colouring appointments such as highlights, full head tints and balayage we recommend you pre book parking in Morrisons for under £4 for 4 hours+ the link to do this is below. (Book In Advance)
We do not allow clients to leave mid colour service as this can effect end result so please check with your stylist what time you are due out.

We cannot give any change for parking so please make sure you have some.
Cancellation Policy
As a small business we hope you understand that we need to protect our business so we will be asking for a 25% holding fee to secure your booking, you will pay the remainder in salon with cash or card.
For appointments over 2 hours we require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule and for appointments under 2 hours we require 24 hours notice cancel or reschedule,Should you cancel without giving us this notice then you may be charged 100% off the bill.
If you're substantially late and the appointment can no longer be done within the time allocated then you may be charged as a no-show. If don’t show up on the day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the bill.
We are closed on a Sunday & Monday so if you need to contact us via your appointment during closing hours you must email and text us back on the same number you get your confirmation message, as we will not be able to answer the phone during closing hours.
Please note we do not accept AMEX online or in-store!
